Ladies cardio-exercise and squash

The club aims to provide fun, safe and welcoming space for women and girls to enjoy the game of squash and racketball.  So whether you are returning to the sport or want to develop a new skill, get fit and feel good or start a new social activity, we think that there’s something for everyone at PWSRC.

For new or prospective members, we also offer a complimentary “Squash Welcome” session. If you’re curious about squash but unsure where to start, book a free session with Rachel or Katie.  They’ll guide you through the basic shots, provide starter coaching, and advise you on your next steps at the Club.

Finally, for those who want a more structured opportunity to improve their squash skills, Katie Bennett will be available for individual coaching sessions.

Club sessions

Ladies Squash Nights are free and take place on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Join us from 7:30pm to 8:15pm for our Cardio Squash session, including warm-ups, drills, and coaching by Katie and Rachel. Games follow from 8:15pm to 9:00pm. Afterwards, we often gather in the bar for a friendly drink.

All abilities are welcome, and if you can’t make it right at 7:30pm, feel free to join us whenever you can.  We’ll make sure that we have a few spare rackets for those who might be new and don’t yet have their own.

We’ve set up a WhatsApp group to help you connect with fellow players and set up your own games.
