Regular Ladies Squash Nights – every 1st and 3rd Wednesday Our regular Ladies Squash nights take place on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. Join us from 7.30 – 8.15 for our Cardio Squash session, including warm ups, drills and coaching with Katie and Rachel. Games follow from 8.15 - 9. We often meet up in the bar afterwards for a friendly drink. All abilities are welcome. If you can’t make it by 7.30, feel free to join us whenever you can. Free for club members, guests welcome! These sessions are free for club members and guests are welcome to try these sessions out at any time. Simply let us know in advance at squashgirlscan@poultwood.com. We hope that after a session or two, you will be ready to join us regularly. “Squash Welcome” Session for Women For all new or prospective members we also offer a complimentary “Squash Welcome” session. If you are curious about squash but unsure where to start, or returning to the game after a long break, book a free session with Rachel or Katie. They’ll guide you through the basic shots, provide starter coaching and advise you on your next steps at the Club.

JUNIOR COACHING Come try out a squash! Our new term starts on 7th September. We offer sessions for all ages and abilities: Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00pm - ages 5-8 years old Saturdays 9:30 - 12:30 - ages 8-18 years old Junior sessions include all the fundamental skills for squash; ball skills, racket skills, agility, balance and speed through age-appropriate squash games. It is all about teamwork and having fun!
